YMP Pulse Free High Pressure Metering Pump (3 Heads Type)
- precision quantitative pump with 3 head
- Using a special constant velocity cam that is calibrated, the sum of the quantities emitted from the three plunger is constant.
- by applying mechanical plunger return device so that the cam and bearing are always in contact with each other without any gap, so that the cam moves smoothly and accurately.
- No vibration or noise in piping as fluid is discharged without pulsation.
And there is very little variation in flow rate.
- All parts are made with a machining center and CNC to reduce assembly errors.
- Reproducibility is high with 99.8% so it can be used in high-precision injection
