YMP Pulse Free High Pressure Metering Pump (3 Heads Type)
Characteristics
- precision quantitative pump with 3 head
- Using a special constant velocity cam that is calibrated, the sum of the quantities emitted from the three plunger is constant.
- by applying mechanical plunger return device so that the cam and bearing are always in contact with each other without any gap, so that the cam moves smoothly and accurately.
- No vibration or noise in piping as fluid is discharged without pulsation.
And there is very little variation in flow rate.
- All parts are made with a machining center and CNC to reduce assembly errors.
- Reproducibility is high with 99.8% so it can be used in high-precision injection
- Fast response and precise flow control are provided by inverter and servo control.
- With high reproducibility and precision, the output is proportional to the rotating number of cam
- It is economical because it does not need a device to reduce pulse
- Design and build according to the customer's requirements

2. The operating temperature is from –30°C to 120°C.
3. In addition to standard specifications, we are producing different types of pumps depending on capacity and discharge pressure.
4. The maximum output and number of rotations depend on the viscosity.
5. The output of the table above is attached to only one side, and when attached to both sides, the volume of discharge is doubled.
