To reduce the effects of metal impurities on silica gel, high purity silica gel for chromatography was refined into a technology developed by our company.
The purified silica gel surface was coated with silicone polymer using a chemical vapor deposition method (CVD) to hydrophobic surface (blocking the silanol) and then combined with a functional group to synthesize the chromato resins.
Performing additional end capping reaction in high temperature and high-pressure will eliminate the remaining silanol group to the limit.
There is a slight difference in the separation pattern from the INNO (-Si-O-Si-R) resin, which combines the sensual device directly into the C-H machine of the silicon polymer.

This column characterized by relatively low hydrophobic and low surface polarity.
Effective in analyzing highly hydrophobic compounds quickly.(USP L1)

Aegispak C18-L

Column with high hydrophobicity and low surface polarity.
This is a general-purpose column with moderate retention characteristics.
In addition to polarizing compound analysis, hydrophobic compound analysis is highly utilized(USP L1)

Aegispak C8

TColumn with low hydrophobicity and high surface polarity.
Although analysis is possible at a faster time than C18, the difference in polarity between specimens is larger to facilitate separation.
It is also useful for quick analysis, such as content testing of a single compound.(USP L7)

Aegispak Silica

This column is filled with ultra-high purity silica gel that has been reconditioned for high purity silica gel.(USP L3)
