· It is a high-precision metering pump that applies three plunger methods.
· A special constant-speed cam, calibrated to ensure that the total discharge from the three plungers remains constant, has been applied, and the cam surface has been precisely machined to maintain constant contact with the bearing·
· By applying a mechanical plunger return device that ensures the cam and bearing are always in contact without gaps, the cam motion can be converted into smooth and precise reciprocating motion, reducing the pulsation rate of the intake and discharge fluids to below 2%.
· With pulsation-free discharge, there is no piping vibration, noise is significantly reduced, and the removal of pulsation drastically decreases flow variation, allowing for the maintenance of high precision.
· All components are machined using machining centers and CNC, which reduces machining and assembly errors for high precision.
· It has a high reproducibility of over 99.8%, making it applicable in the field of high-precision injection.
· Fast response and precise flow control are possible with inverter and servo control.
· With high reproducibility and precision, the discharge amount is proportional to the cam rotation speed.
· It is economical as there is no need for a separate pulsation dampening device.
· It can be designed and manufactured according to the customer's requirements.
